Ready to give juicing a whirl? It's an easy way to get more fruits and veggies into your diet.
- 1 cucumbers
- 4 celery stalks
- 2 green apples
- 8 kale leaves with stalks
- 1 lemon
- 1 in (2.5 cm) piece of ginger
- Wash all produce well.
- Peel the lemon and core apple.
- Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!
